Legal notice and data
This page is a translation. The French version is the reference.
Who publishes this site
This site is published by a private individual, on a non-professional basis. As French law allows in this case (article 6, III, 2 of the French law of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy), their name is not published here; their contact details have been provided to the host.
To write to them: the contact form.
Who hosts it
Cloudflare, Inc. — 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States — cloudflare.com.
What the site keeps
When you send the contact form, three things are recorded:
- your message;
- your email address, only if you gave it;
- the date and time it was sent.
They are used only to read your message and reply to you. They are not passed on to anyone and are never used for advertising.
Each message is deleted automatically after one year, or sooner on request.
What the site doesn't do
- No cookies.
- No audience measurement, no advertising trackers.
- No account to create.
Only one piece of information is kept in your browser, for the length of your visit: the fact that the opening animation has already played, so it isn't shown to you again. It never leaves your device.
The example you can try on the home page runs entirely in your browser: nothing is sent.
What the app itself does is described separately: app privacy.
The host processes your IP address while delivering the page, as for any website. The site itself does not record it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent by writing through the contact form. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
