ADHD
When you get stuck at the start: one step to get going.
To get started,
not to get organized.
An iPhone app for ADHD and autistic adults. It doesn't help you plan everything: it helps you start.
In testing — not on the App Store yet
For now, the app itself is in French only.
The hardest part isn't doing. It's starting.
A list is everything that isn't done, right in front of you, all at once. Tadaa does the opposite: you write what you're stuck on, it breaks the task into small steps, and it shows you only one.
A step small enough to do right now. It isn't there to make progress, it's there to get you going.
An example to try
“Tidy the kitchen”
Throw the empty packaging in the bin.
One action on screen. Never “2 of 5”.
Never the list, never “2 of 5”.
Still too hard? It splits in two.
What you leave behind doesn't become a debt.
When you get stuck at the start: one step to get going.
When the unexpected is what blocks you: knowing in advance what is going to happen.
Nothing in Tadaa counts what you haven't done.
No account. Your tasks stay on your iPhone. Only the sentence to break down is sent to a language model (Mistral), through a relay that keeps no logs.
