App privacy

This page is a translation. The French version is the reference. The app itself is in French for now.

In short. No account, no ads, no audience measurement. Everything you write stays on your iPhone, except one thing: the sentence to break down, sent on its own and without your name to a language model so it can suggest steps.

What stays on your iPhone

None of this is sent to anyone. No one, not even the person who made the app, can read it. Deleting the app erases everything.

If your iPhone backup is turned on (iCloud or computer), this data is copied there like that of your other apps, according to your Apple settings.

The only thing that leaves

When you write a task or a situation, the app sends that sentence — 300 characters at most — to get steps. When you tap “Ce n'est pas ça” (“That's not it”), it also sends the rejected step. That's all: not your name, not an identifier for your device, not the mode you chose, not your other tasks, not what you did or left undone.

The sentence takes this route:

Without a network connection, nothing leaves: the app breaks the task down itself, with what it has in memory.

A task makes perfect sense without personal details. Avoid writing a full name, a number or medical information in it: “call the doctor” is enough.

What the app doesn't do

Notifications

The app only sends them if you asked for them: the end of a timer, a departure alert, a reminder you set. They are prepared on your iPhone and go through no server.

Who is responsible, and your rights

The app is published by a private individual, the same as this site (legal notice). Since nothing you write is kept outside your phone, there is nothing for them to look up or delete. For any question, or to exercise your rights: the contact form. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.

The app is intended for adults.

If this page changes, the date below changes with it.
